From bare wood to a finish that lasts
1 · Inspection & prep
We check board thickness, squeaks and damage, remove base shoe where needed, and mask off the work area.
2 · Sanding
Multi-grit drum and edge sanding with dust-containment equipment takes the floor down to clean, raw wood.
3 · Repairs & filling
Damaged boards are replaced, nail holes and gaps filled, then the floor is screened smooth.
4 · Stain
Choose your color from on-site sample boards — natural, warm browns, greys or dark espresso.
5 · Finish coats
Two to three coats of water-based or oil-modified polyurethane in matte, satin or semi-gloss.
6 · Final walk-through
Base shoe reinstalled, site cleaned, and care instructions handed over with cure times.
